The broth was clean and flavorful, and the chicken was really tender. All the herbs and sides were fresh, and overall it was a solid, satisfying bowl of pho — perfect during the winter.

Tried this new pho spot and it honestly went above and beyond with both the broth and the meat quality. The portions were super generous — the Pho with rib and rare meat was rich, flavorful, and really satisfying. The kids pho (chicken with beef broth) was surprisingly good too — comforting and balanced in flavor. We also tried the wontons in chili oil, which were tasty (though not spicy as expected), and the fresh rolls were light, fresh, and well-made. Only downside — the service could use a little work. The lady serving us was a bit awkward with conversation and didn’t really respond to compliments or engage much, which made things feel slightly off. On top of that, our table wasn’t cleared, and a few other tables were left uncleaned from previous customers. That said, the food absolutely makes up for it. We were excited to try it and left really happy — definitely planning to come back often! Although we wish it could be SPICIER!!!!

Great service and atmosphere. The food was not bad! I’ve had better spring rolls, that had a little more ingredients inside. Pho is as usual, the broth was darker than what I’m used to which maybe is a good thing. Definitely recommend for a casual bite

Yes! A vietnamese restaurant close to the house that I can drop in to get my fix of bun bo hue. There's a few Vietnamese restaurants around but this is probably my favorite one out of them. It's missing the pork knuckle and blood but they make up for it with flavorful broth and a lot of beef. I was on my way to gyro stop to get takeaway dinner and noticed this place. Glad I stopped in to try the bun bo hue and the typical vermicelli noodle with egg rolls and BBQ pork. Both excellent. And they are generous with the portions. Will be back for sure.

I stopped by this new pho spot for their grand opening and I’m glad to have one nearby. The broth was on the milder side, not quite as rich or flavorful as I was expecting, and the noodles were a bit overdone for my taste. That said, the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my time there. It’s still a solid option, and I’m hoping as they settle in, and things will continue to improve. I look forward to coming back!

The pho was delicious, we've been looking for a spot for a while that has the perfect broth and this spot is definitely good. We also had the Thai Tea & Mango smoothie that were equally delicious. All of the staff were extremely nice & I love all the plants

Service: 5/5 (friendly, quickly, nicely, asking if anything is good or not good….) Food: depending on each person's taste. Strawberry Matcha: 3/5 (not really feel matcha flavor, a bit bland but not too bad) Mango Smoothie: 5/5 (real mango) Fried Chicken Platter: 4/5 (crispy chicken, but if you leave it on the plate for more than 10-15 minutes, it will getting dry) Pho Laday: 4/5 Toasted Shrimp: 3/5 (almost forget the order but the service is really good)

PHO LADAY, located at 11811 Mukilteo Speedway in Everett, WA, stands out as a modern Vietnamese eatery delivering classic flavors with a fresh touch. What strikes you first is the quality of their pho broth—clean, rich, and deeply satisfying, crafted with care that shines through every spoonful. Whether it's the tender chicken or the generous portions of rib and rare beef, the dishes hit a comforting and balanced note, perfect for chilly days and those craving authentic warmth.

The variety at PHO LADAY goes beyond the traditional bowl of pho. Highlights like the bun bo hue showcase a robust, flavorful broth that resonates with fans of spicy, hearty Vietnamese soups, despite some missing traditional accouterments. The vermicelli noodles paired with egg rolls and BBQ pork add layers of texture and taste, reflecting the kitchen’s dedication to filling, well-crafted meals. Even the appetizers, such as fresh rolls and wontons in chili oil, offer a lighter contrast—fresh, delicate, and well-executed, though not as spicy as some might expect.

What elevates the experience here is the thoughtful balance between quality ingredients and generous portions. Diners frequently note the freshness of herbs and sides, which reinforces the authenticity of each dish. While the service may occasionally wobble — a subtle reminder that hospitality could be more polished — it does little to overshadow the food itself, which consistently wins over guests and keeps them coming back.
